An update about travelers having to do 14-day quarantine on arrival in Chiang Mai. According to this document, if you come from a high risk area for #COVID19 such as Bangkok or Phuket, you are expected to do quarantine. This document doesn't say anything about nationality.

Although Phuket has opened its land and sea borders, it’s not the best time to visit as there is a mandatory 14-day quarantine on visitors arriving from eight risky provinces -- Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Narathiwat, Yala, Krabi, Prachin Buri, Samut Prakan and Chiang Mai #Thailand
All entry & exit points by land & water have reopened in Phuket province. However, Phuket airport remains closed to international passenger flights with domestic flights maybe resuming on 15 June.
